A double room available for single occupancy in a large 4 bedroomed detached house, sharing the house with me and one other. Bathroom shared with the other lodger and I have my own ensuite.
Is located in a semi rural location, very quiet and peaceful and private with no neighbours overlooking.
The house was completed in 2022 and was built to a very high standard with a very large and well equipped kitchen, dining area and seating/TV area. There is also a separate sitting room with large wall mounted TV. There is a utility room with ample laundry facilities. Outside there is plenty of parking and a very peaceful garden with patio and outdoor furniture, even a small woodland leading down to the Bourne stream. It is a very quiet area yet walking distance to the station. There are plenty of good pubs and cafes nearby, a choice of local convenience stores and the town centre in 30 minutes walk away. There are endless amazing walks from the doorstep.
I live there full time but am away quite a lot (1 week in 2) and there is one other lodger who is also away a lot. There is plenty of space in the house and the other lodger works very long hours and spends a number of nights away so is rarely around.
For lets under 2 months, there is a 20% surcharge.
Vegetarian and vegans are welcome!
Electricity, gas, internet and water are all included, Council tax is extra and is £71 each.
