The downstairs bathroom, recently updated, will be shared mainly between the two advertised rooms and is also the communal bathroom for guests. I have a private en-suite upstairs.

3. Kitchen is arranged so that each lodger has their own two designated cupboards and shares a fridge/freezer between them

Please note: There is no driveway parking available. On-street parking is located about 50m away, with additional spaces nearby via a short alley walk. I can show you these options during a viewing. There is no communal living room, as I work from home and need that space for privacy.
I’m looking for friendly, considerate professional lodgers to help create a comfortable and welcoming home. I have a dog half of the time; being a fellow dog lover is a must. If you’re not comfortable with a dog greeting you enthusiastically, this may not be the right fit. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept lodgers with pets.
