2 Rooms available Upper Hale Farnham

Double Room is a large spacious recently refurbished room. Comes with Wardrobe, Bed & Desk and plenty of storage.

Single room is compact and also refurbished, comes with Wardrobe, Bed, Chest of draws and side cabinet.

Downstairs bathroom will be shared by mainly two lodgers/rooms advertised, also recently refurbished. But is the communal bathroom guests would also use, I have an en-suite upstairs.

Kitchen is set up, that 2 lodgers would share 1 fridge/freezer and have space in kitchen cupboards separately (2 each).

Unfortunately driveway parking is not available, it would be on-road parking if you have a car.
There is also no communal Living room, since I work from home 5 days a week and need privacy to work in this space.

Looking for the right people to take the rooms, kind considerate and quiet professionals. I have previously been a lodger, but now own a house and am just completing the final renovations before welcoming lodgers. So please excuse the non-perfect pictures.

I live on a main road and the rooms are at the front of the house, although surprisingly quiet in the rooms.

I do have a dog, so unfortunately cannot accept lodgers with pets. However, for nature lovers you would also only be a 5 minute walk from both Caesars camp and Rowhills copse, plus just over 10 mins walk from Farnham Park. Plenty of bus stops and local convenience stores within walking distance.

The rooms can be available now, but would ideally be ready from mid-Jan onwards. Due to finishing touches in the rooms.
