Double room in comfortable home

Double room (currently being renovated so no photos available yet) available in a clean, tidy and well presented house. Situated 1 mile from town centre only a short walk from Farnham Park and a local supermarket. There’s a comfortable kitchen/diner/communal space (conservatory) which is the heart of the home (but cold in the winter!) as well as well kept, minimalist back garden.
I’m looking for a well trained lodger, who values a nice environment, a degree of companionship and sleeps heavily. I’m young for my age, I have a discretely alternative outlook on life and I love early nights punctuated by the odd night in cooking a good meal with a few drinks. I have two adult daughters who come home for the odd weekend but they’re delightful and very respectful.
