A comfortable double room is available in a bright and lovely flat in central Farnham.

The flat is on a quiet, attractive residential street, around a five-minute walk from Waitrose and only a few minutes further into the centre of town, with its shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants.

The flat is part of a beautiful converted period building and was extensively modernised when I moved in two years ago, including a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. It’s a comfortable, well-kept home with plenty of natural light and a relaxed atmosphere.

You’d be sharing with one professional male in his mid-forties. I’m friendly and sociable but also very happy doing my own thing. I enjoy cooking, walking, reading, quiet nights out and generally having a home that feels relaxed and easy to live in.

I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and easy-going who would like the flat to feel like a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep. There’s absolutely no expectation that we spend lots of time together, but it would be nice to share a glass of wine, meal or chat from time to time rather than live completely separately.
