UCA students are very welcome (many students have happily rented my bedrooms over the previous 12+ years).
3-4 minutes by bus to town centre and UCA.
7 minute walk to Tesco Express supermarket.
5 minute walk to Farnham Park Nature Reserve.
I have a study/dining room which tenants are welcome to use.
Parking available in driveway.
Must be respectful of peaceful evenings, home environment and are clean and tidy.
No night shift workers please.
