Hi, I have two lovely double bedrooms available for single occupancy in a spacious and clean 4 bed house (all bills included). All bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor.
The bedrooms have a double bed, mattress, bedding sheets, chest of drawers, table lamp and double wardrobe.
UCA students are very welcome (many students have happily rented my bedrooms over the previous 12+ years).
3-4 minutes by bus to town centre and UCA.
7 minute walk to Tesco Express supermarket.
5 minute walk to Farnham Park Nature Reserve.
I have a study/dining room which tenants are welcome to use.
Free car parking.
Must be respectful of peaceful evenings, home environment and are clean and tidy.
No night shift workers please.
I have a long haired cat, so please only apply if you are ok with cats :)
