Single Room to Rent – Frimley, Camberley

Single room available in a 2-bedroom house in Frimley, Camberley.

The house is in a convenient location, close to local shops and amenities, schools, Frimley Hospital, and with good transport links to Camberley, Farnborough, Woking and surrounding areas.

The house is shared with myself only, so there will be just 2 people living in the property. I’m a 36-year-old professional working in the construction industry.

Rent includes all bills, including:

Water
Gas
Electricity
Council Tax
Virgin broadband

There is communal parking available outside the house for residents.

The room is available immediately. Short-term lets and Monday–Friday arrangements will also be considered.

One thing to note: I’m expecting a family member to visit for the first two weeks of November, so unfortunately the room won’t be available during that period. This can be discussed depending on your circumstances.

This is a quiet, non-party household where privacy and mutual respect are important. I’m ideally looking for a tidy, considerate professional in full-time employment. Unfortunately, I’m not looking for someone who works from home, as the room isn’t suitable for a home-working setup. No couples, as the room is a single room and too small for two people. And no smokers.

A little about me: outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, watching TV, walking and exploring new places. I also enjoy having some quiet time at home after a busy week.
