The room has a double bed, built in wardrobes, and a separate bathroom as I will use my ensuite.
The mattress, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher are all new in the last year.
10-15 minute walk to town and Godalming station, 5 min drive to Godalming leisure centre, and easy access to the A3. 45 minute train to London Waterloo.
Bills included (Including TV licence and Netflix; Council tax band: D)
I work from home in the week, so would be preferable if you work in an office/out of the house. I'm pretty chilled, and open to a Mon-Fri arrangement for a rent reduction.
Bonus points if you're good at caring for houseplants, and/or road bike.
