We are looking for 2 very clean and tidy professional people to share the kitchen, utility room, bathroom and garden. There's lots of parking and all bills, including Council tax and fast virgin Fibre broadband, are included.

Outside is a large well-maintained garden, with furniture and secure shed.

The house is strictly non smoking. The communal areas are cleaned every other week. Gardeners tend the lawn.

We are experienced, professional, NRLA accredited landlords with lots of happy tenants in Guildford and Kingston.

I'm afraid all the rooms are suitable for single occupancy only.
