A single room is coming available in a great house share in Guildford.

The communal areas of the house consist of an L shaped living room/diner, large kitchen, large utility room, bathroom, shower room and separate toilet. All bills are included, along with wifi throughout the house. There is also a regular cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener for the lovely rear garden.

The house is a real home to the current tenants. They like to meet anyone interested in living at the house so that they can ensure that they will all get on well together. They are a very social group and we want to find someone who is like-minded to join them.
