Description
- - About the room - -
An immaculate room with double bed, adjacent separate "snug"/study and own bathroom with shower and bathtub. The location is stunning and is approximately 10-15 minutes drive to the centre of Guildford, and a 10 minute walk to Chilworth Station. There is a bus service from the A248 into Guildford at the end of Mill Lane. The location is perfect for access to all major towns, the M25, the A3, but also for stunning walks and bike rides too.
- - The property - -
My home is surrounded by gardens, a pond and a lake. There is a local village shop which is walkable and many local pubs. The closest towns are Guildford and Godalming and villages such as Shere and Peaslake. I have a garage for light storage.
- - The household - -
I am a professional person, with two gorgeous and friendly Burmese cats. I am looking for a friendly and personable professional to share with me - someone who appreciates the beautiful rural location, but requires easy access to e. g. Guildford. Please call if you have any questions
