The bathroom has been equipped with quality fittings along with Grohe power shower.

The house has a sociable open plan kitchen/living room. A beautiful high quality kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, double built in oven, microwave, two large fridge freezers, ample storage, gas hob, crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for use, free of charge.
The living room has a 42" Samsung flat-screen and blu-ray player, a modern dining table and chairs.
Outside there is a nice decking area with a large garden. You can grow your own plants if you like!

The location is ideal, close to Guildford town centre with its cobbled streets, historic buildings and one of the most attractive high streets in the country. It has a great selection of designer stores, lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Guildford also has excellent transport links via two main line train stations (fast links to London Waterloo and Victoria) with the A3 and the A320 easily accessible.
The bus stop is a couple of minutes’ walk from the house which has regular buses running every 10 – 15 minutes (3, 34, 27) to Guildford and Woking
The house has off-road parking and unrestricted parking available on the road
Guildford Spectrum leisure centre is within walking distance with its Olympic sized ice rink, 32 lane ten pin bowl, four pools including a leisure pool, gym, sports arena and aerobics studio.
Ladymead retail park is also within walking distance.
