72a The Chase Guildford (Surrey Uni accommodation)

Hi, we are 3 students at Surrey just finishing our first year and looking for a 4th flatmate for our second year. We are looking for another student as otherwise we would have to pay council tax. Between us, we study Maths, Finance and Law. The room going is a single bedroom with a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden and off-street parking.

Within the monthly rent, bills are included (water, electricity, and broadband). Rent is due on the 5th of every month with the tenancy ending on the 30th of June 2026 so it is a 10-month contract, which saves costs over the summer.

We are less than a 5-minute walk to the University campus, a 20-minute walk to town, and just over a 10-minute walk to Big Tesco's.
