Large room in a flat in the village of Wood Street. There are 4 rooms, a small kitchen, a shower room with a toilet and basin in and an additional toilet. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The room has a single bed, bedside cupboard and fitted wardrobe, drawers and desk.

The cleaning of the flat is shared between the housemates but the communal areas are cleaned but a maintenance team.

There is a carpark that is shared between the 6 flats. There is also a small shared garden and bike shed.

The university is about 2.5 miles away from the flat. Two of the current students bike and one walks.

Rent is £500 per month and includes all bills apart from council tax which is an extra £150 for those who are not students.
