Lovely large bedroom in private estate

Large double room new carpets freshly painted. I live alone so it’s a shared kitchen and bathroom but very flexible with access.
Parking in private space
Bills included and lovely area near to town centre.
This advert is quite hard to change but I am 54 live alone as my sons have moved out now.
I’m walking distance to town though the bus stops just outside the close and the station is very close.
It’s a lovely house and very quiet as in the private Queen Elizabeth Park.
I’m looking to rent a room as it’s a waste to leave the room empty.

I would like references if possible but just a happy friendly relaxed person would be great.
