I’m looking for someone to take over my fully furnished studio apartment at Guildford Plaza, available on a lease takeover.

The studio is thoughtfully designed for modern living and comes fully furnished, featuring a comfortable double bed and mattress, bespoke fitted wardrobes, built-in bedside tables, under-bed storage, a sleek open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a stylish en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with Bosch and Indesit appliances, including a combi-microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and integrated dishwasher. There is also a dedicated dining area and TV space, with the maintenance team able to assist with TV mounting.

Residents also have access to The Dining Room, which can be booked through the resident app – perfect for hosting friends or having a little extra space when needed.

Please note: this particular studio is available at a discounted price due to a concrete pillar positioned directly in front of the window. You do still get some natural daylight into the room, but the pillar does restrict the amount of light compared with other studios. Personally, I found that this made less of a difference during the winter months, as it gets dark quite early anyway.

This is a great option for someone looking for a fully furnished, modern and convenient studio in Guildford, without paying the standard price for one of the other studios.
