We are looking for a friendly flatmate to join our spacious, well-located shared house near Guildford Cathedral and the train station (roughly a 10-minute walk to the town centre, station, and University of Surrey).

​Council Tax: Full-time students are exempt. Non-student professionals will be responsible for the council tax (£250/month, split among working professionals).
