Description
The Room & House:
Offering a spacious, unfurnished double room in a lovely, relaxed Boxgrove home. My current flatmate (who is a good friend) is moving out, so I am looking for someone great to take over the space! The house features a comfortable shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom, and free parking right outside.
Location (Boxgrove):
The flat is in a quiet, safe residential pocket of Boxgrove (right next to the primary school). It is perfectly positioned for:
• Easy commuting via the A3 (just a couple of minutes away).
• Walking or taking a quick bus into Guildford Town Centre and London Road Station.
• Professionals working at the nearby Royal Surrey County Hospital or local business parks and Guildford.
Bills Included: Council tax, water, gas, electricity, and high-speed broadband.
About Me & Ideal Flatmate:
I’m a clean, easy-going working professional. Because I'm taking over from a friend, I’d love to find a flatmate who is friendly who is up for an occasional chat, a movie night, or a drink, but completely respects personal space and downtime. Looking for a clean, respectful professional or postgraduate student. No smoking indoors.
