We take a great deal of care selecting the right housemates, all housemates go through our tenant screening process.

The house has two beautiful bathrooms which were recently refurbished. You would only share with one other housemate and the bathrooms are cleaned by our cleaner every week :-)

The house is in a peaceful Cul-de-Sac next to Broadstreet Woodlands and has plenty of parking. It is walking distance to the Royal Surrey Hospital, Surrey University, Surrey Science Park and large Tesco’s .

Less than 2 miles from Guildford town centre which has excellent transport links.
