The kitchen has been freshly updated and designed with everyone in mind: each tenant has their own dedicated storage—including at least one wall unit, one base unit, and one drawer—while shared base units are available for communal items. You’ll also find two refrigerators, two freezers, a newly installed, quiet-running boiler, an efficient washing machine, and a brand-new heating pumped dryer—so there’s plenty of room and modern convenience for everyone.

Every bedroom is fully furnished with care: a comfortable double bed (complete with mattress and protective cover), a practical study desk, a three-door or built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. All rooms overlook the tranquil rear garden, and the hallway includes an openable window to let in fresh air—making the house naturally cool and refreshing even on warm summer days. Each room also has a small, energy-efficient electric radiator, so you can gently adjust the warmth whenever you’d like.
