I am looking for a friendly professional/academic housemate to share Monday to Friday for £500 per month including bills, with reliable wifi.

Large furnished double is available. Although the bathroom is not en-suite it is next to the room and will be virtually sole use of the lady renting the room.

About the house - situated in Guildford its a nicely decorated and homely large 4 bedroom house with lots of space including a bright living area, large fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and utility room (washing machine and second fridge). There is off-street parking and a back garden with a patio, fields behind.

I have one lovely shy male cat so absolutely must be a cat lover.

Location is convenient for local shops, small Sainsbury’s nearby and a little Waitrose at the bottom of the road, Surrey University, the Research Park and Surrey Sports park are close by. Guildford station is 2 miles away and we have good and regular bus services, with the nearest bus stop at the bottom of the road.

Guildford has much to offer in sports facilities, bars, theatres, concert venue, shopping and restaurants.
