The house is an architect designed contemporary detached house situated in a good sized garden with off street parking.
On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room and kitchen. The spare room is on a half level with a bathroom. The washing machine is in this bathroom so although my lodger will have principal use, I will need access to the washing machine.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, another bathroom and a studio office.
The guest room measures about 3.9m x 3.3m with a wide window looking SE over the back garden. It is furnished with a single bed, a 2 seater futon sofa-bed, a large wardrobe with drawers, a chair, small book case and table.
As an architect working from home, I am looking for a lodger who has day time working (or studying) hours who is reasonably independent and moderately sociable.
