Preference for a female, professional lodger, but will consider all enquiries. Non smoker, no pets.

Large double bedroom in a light, cosy, end of terrace period cottage. Plenty of hanging and storage space. There is space for a desk where the piano is.

The living room, kitchen, bathroom, outside utility room, patio and garden are shared spaces.

On road parking is available. No permit required.

The cottage is less than a 5 minute drive to Haslemere station, Tesco superstore and the A3.

About me: I am a 30 year old professional female owner/occupier. I work full time as a Personal Assistant and my interests include piano, yoga and art.
