Special offer: The double room is available at a reduced price of £650 per month for the first 2 months for someone willing to help look after the house, water the plants, and take care of my lovely cat during my time away in July (approximately 3–4 weeks). From the third month onwards, the rent will return to the standard price of £850 per month.

Bills are excluded from the monthly rent. However, all household shared expenses — including utilities, council tax, toilet paper, cleaning products, bin bags and general consumables — are shared fairly and tracked via Splitwise, so costs are transparent and easy to manage for everyone.
