Bright and airy flat in town centre, 4 minute walk to the station. Lovely lounge kitchen area with a balcony.

We are a couple working abroad and use the second room in the flat for storage only (locked room).

Non-smokers preferred. Smokers may be considered but outside the flat only.

Clean and tidy. I have very respectful and friendly neighbours. There is a bathroom, kitchen and living space. I am looking for a tenant who will treat the home as their own and keep it clean and tidy without any disruption.

Bills are included, but if you wish to be on the council tax it is £75pcm.

A secure parking space is included.
Sadly, cats in photos not included- they have come abroad with us!
