Bright and airy flat in town centre, 4 minute walk to the station, a 20 minute walk to Gatwick. Lovely lounge kitchen area with a balcony.

We are a couple working away at the moment and use the second room in the flat for storage only, which is slowly being emptied.

Non-smokers preferred. Smokers may be considered but outside the flat only.

Clean and tidy. I have very respectful and friendly neighbours. There is a bathroom, kitchen and living space. I am looking for a tenant who will treat the home as their own and keep it clean and tidy without any disruption.

Most bills included except TV license.
Council tax is under the owners name on single occupancy.

A secure, covered parking space is included.
Sadly, cats in photos not included- they have come away with us!
