Flat Share with a Double Room

My name is Charlie and I am a 26 year old female. I am currently renting a flat in Horley and need a flat mate to let a double room out. This is with the landlords permission and is Insured and has both Gas and Electrical safety certificates dated March 22. Use of the whole flat provided and available to let straight away .
Bedroom currently unfurnished but willing to discuss any needs.
Parking is on street permit parking and available through Banstead and Reigate at£50 per year . Flat is a 10 minute walk from Horley station and 20 min walk to Gatwick South Terminal.
Smokers welcome but no smoking inside the premises.
Rent is currently £650 and a 2 weeks deposit is required with a 6 month contract at a time. The flat has just undergone a full refurbishment and the carpets are now dark grey.
