Downstairs bedroom

A lovely room with good storage, desk, four post bed, relaxing chair and wardrobe. This room has access through the kitchen to the downstairs loo and then upstairs to the main bathroom. It is across the hall from a lounge.
I live here and work from home. I am also a singer so can be out a number of nights a weeks too.
I would like a housemate who works full time out of the house. Someone who enjoys their own space but also value a quick catch up and who might choose to enjoy some company in the lounger. Someone who is relaxed, clean, and enjoys making spaces homely. None smoker/vaper.
