I have a small single room available for to let suit a shift worker Longer term is possible but the room is small so more suitable for short term let
We have a very quiet household hence more suitable for older lodgers
The room is furnished with TV wardrobe own sink there is a seperate area with own fridge and microwave The property is detached with double glazing and heating

The house is situated on Massetts road in Horley
which has superb transport links for commuters
It is on the main trainline between London and Brighton with late night trains
Gatwick is on the doorstep just one mile away and we are also on the bus rout to Gatwick Airport


Horley is a lively town and only 5 minutes walk with shops pubs and good restaurants

There is off road parking at the property and a garden
