I'm looking for a clean and quiet professional to share my home in a new development in Horley. I live alone, but every second week, my son stays with me for a week.
You will have your own room and bathroom, and I will provide basic furnishings, bed, wardrobe, etc. You're also welcome to work from home, as there's plenty of space for that. All bills are included in the rent.
The house is conveniently located, with the station around a 15-minute walk away, or a short bus ride. There is on-premises parking available if needed. Additionally, I have a friendly cat who will happily sit on your lap.
I'm flexible on the move-in date, though ideally, it would be soon.
