Single room for a lady

Single room in flat share in Westvale Park, Horley.

There are two bunk beds in the room you can have one or both.
The bunk beds are almost new, there is where the kids use to sleep at the week ends.


Looking for a female tenant, preferably in full employment.


Reason asking for a female and not a male is that I know that ladies have and always had a more stable job and a steady income.
This is my personal opinion only.

The flat is 4 years old and has all the appliances that you will ever need including dishwasher.

Cupboards, storage areas and everything will be shared 50/50.

I am a professional male working day shifts so I am at home in the evenings mostly. I like cooking, being active, running ( the neighbourhood has lots of paths and green open spaces if you like being active ) or simply to go for a stroll.
Cost is £ 650.00 per month inclusive of all bills. You will have your own parking space.
