We are a couple working abroad and use the small second room in the flat for storage only (locked room).

Non-smokers preferred. Smokers may be considered but outside the flat only.

Clean and tidy. I have very respectful and friendly neighbours.
There is a bathroom, kitchen and living space with basic amenities provided if desired- Hoover, iron, clothes dryer, plates, pans, coffee machine, microwave etc.

I am looking for a tenant who will treat the home as their own and keep it clean and tidy. Contracts available from 6/12 months

Bills are included, but if you wish to be on the council tax it is £75pcm.

A secure, covered parking space is included.

Sadly, cats in photos not included- they have come abroad with us!
