I have a quiet single room to let on Massetts Rd in Horley
The Detached House is situated one mile from Gatwick Airport and on the bus route to the Airport and surronding areas
Horley town is just 10 minutes walk with shops restaurants and pubs

The room is in my annex and is fully furnished with a Single Bed, Wardrobe Tv ,Bedside cabinet Sink unit, Microwave and Fridge

There is a shared shower and separate toilet shared with two other men
Free Wifi and Sky Tv are included as are all the bills

There is a rear garden and carpark with free parking

I require work references and a deposit
