Large double with ensuite, furnished

We have a large detached family home with a large double room and en-suite with toilet, sink and shower. The room is furnished but we can be flexible with some of the furniture. Available from the 1st December but there may be some flexibility if you wanted the room earlier.

We are a professional couple with a very friendly cat and a dog, and the house has been refurbished to an extremely high and comfortable standard.

Included within the rent is a super-fast BT infinity broadband, all utility bills, lots of on street parking available outside the property and use of the large garden. There is also use of washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and usual household equipment if needed. The room is furnished, but we are very flexible and can add / remove bits and pieces if required.

We are located 5 min walk from Horley Town Centre and mainline train station, which has excellent links to Gatwick, London and the South Coast.
