3 person flat share , 8 min walk to Woking town

Hi, we have the largest room become available at our three-bed flat on the 9th of September, after a 5 year occupancy. We usually have people stay several years and hopefully you will feel equally as happy in our property as they have been. Getting the right mix of people is our top priority, as that ultimately benefits everyone, so please don't be offended if we like to find out a bit more about you before we agree to a viewing.

The room, as well as the flat is fully furnished and we are looking for single occupancy only (please do not contact us asking if you can share the room) and of similar age as the existing two tenants, who are both recent university graduates.

The property has Optical Fibre Virgin Broadband, a washing machine as well as a separate dryer. No more clothes hanging everywhere. It also has a very large shared living area and an open plan large kitchen as well. The bathroom and separate toilet are shared between three. All bills are included and we offer a private agreement.

The property allows for one car to be parked on site with a parking permit obtained after registration of the car (and that permit is now taken), but additional cars can be parked off-site on the road right outside the property, where parking is restricted only between 9.30 - 11.30 Monday to Friday. So, if you are using your car for work this is no problem at all and there is unrestricted parking a few streets further away. Visitors parking is allowed on site, so parking your car on occasion at the property premises is not an issue either.

I have owned this property since 1998 and currently have no intention to sell. It is, however, as mentioned very important to me that the incoming person is a good match to the existing residents, which is why we are looking for a person, between the ages of 20-30 max, ideally a graduate as well, as from past experience, deviating from this causes problems.
