NB I am looking for a quiet single student who-importantly- will keep the room and flat clean and tidy and who wants to get on with her studies rather than a noisy person with frequent visitors. As the other tenants are all female they have stated their preference for another girl.
NNB. Sorry, but please don't waste your time applying if you are not a female student as the existing 3 female flatmates have all specifically requested this and I will not be able to help. I am happy to meet parents of prospective tenants or take calls and provide contacts of previous tenants for info about their experience of living at the flat if required.
