The flat (fully furnished) comprises of 3 bedrooms in total, shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet and shared lounge.
The rent is £560 per calendar month and no deposit.
The room is available from 07/06/19 for a maximum of 2 months with no possibility to extend. Our current housemate is going back home for this period of time and will be returning early August.
The flat is located 7 minute walk to Norbiton station - 15 minute walk to Central Kingston or a 7 minute bus journey! The closest large supermarket is just a 10 minute walk away.
We are very friendly and easy-going. Ideally, we are looking to share with a young professional or postgraduate, who is positive, tidy, sensible and relaxed. We take time for ourselves and respect each other’s space but equally we like to sit in the lounge and watch TV together with a glass of wine!
