Very sad to leave this flat! Moving in with my sister after my masters teaching has finished. Great double room with large blue desk, chest of drawers, desk chair and large cupboard with hanging space.

The flat is lovely and perfect for a Kingston university student or Roehampton vale student. Asda and Aldi both 10 minutes walk away/easily accessible on bus routes. Extra storage cupboard in the hallway. Kitchen and dining area good size.

The move in date is flexible yet must be before 23rd of March, yet very open for it to be before that. Bills very cheap average £22 per month for gas and electric, water already paid on annual term.

Nearest train station is norbiton (2 minute bus/15 minute walk) and a 5 minute bus or 20 minute walk to Kingston town centre. Also a 5 minute walk to Richmond Park!
