Lovely double room with en suite in detached house

We are looking for a male lodger. The room is a large, bright and airy double en suite and comes furnished. He will have use of his own fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster. The house is a detached bungalow in the leafy suburb of the Coombe Hill area of Kingston. There is a bus at the top of the road, going to Raynes Park Station, Norbiton Station and Kingston Station. The Bus is the 57. Although I have mentioned this, a car might be preferable, and there is ample parking on the drive. We are looking for a mature professional. Thank you for looking at my ad.
