Double Room In Kingston

I am a 22-year-old French assistant teacher looking for a female flatmate, I consider myself very outgoing and friendly, I make sure that the flat is always clean and tidy. I don’t smoke nor do I have a pet. I also respect people’s own space.

I’m looking for a flatmate that is easy going , consciencious and responsible .

The vacant room is a double room. It is unfurnished. The flat has a medium size bathroom, a small open kitchen.

The flat is well kept and modern, The neighbours in the other flats are very friendly and do not cause issues.

The flat is a five minute walk from Kingston station, the university bus stops in front of the flat and Penrhyn Road campus is a 10 minute walk . It is located not far from the centre of town and public transport if very regular.
