Beautiful Huge Double Bedroom near Raynes Park

I am looking for a friendly, professional and tidy housemate to share a wonderful, spacious flat in Kingston with.

The 3 Bedroom flat is situated near the New Victoria Hospital (short busride from Raynes Park Station) and my current housemate is buying a flat and will need to move out over the coming months. The current contract ends in August at which point it can possibly be extended.
There is a third room that is available as a work room/work out room that we can share as needed. Bills are usually around £150.

Really this flat is ideal for someone who needs a peaceful place to rent and work.

There's a communal garden space and a beautiful kitchen and living room space as well.
You'll be joined by myself, Yulia (35 year old Austrian-American filmmaker) and Leopold (13 year old Spaniel mix, professional dog and good boy).

We'd like to find someone who's sociable, easy going, pays bills on time and loves dogs to come and live with us.
