Massive En-Suite Double Room near Park and Station

Hope you’re having a great day browsing Spareroom…the joys.

We've recently moved to the area and are looking to rent out a room in our house. This includes the whole top floor with tons of space, built in storage and an en suite – lucky you! See floorplan + images for more detail.

Quick note about the pics – these furnishings are from the previous tenant. We’ve only just moved in and are happy to provide furniture (double bed, desk, chair etc.) but there’s plenty of scope to bring your own if you want to.

A bit about us:

Rich:
Part-time Physio, currently undertaking his 100th degree in Medicine like a madman. Loves to cycle, run, swim and relax watching TV. Very efficient cook – dices carrots like nobody’s business.

Anna:
Physio at Kingston Hospital. Tries to cycle. Loves to run, swim and do arty things. Very experimental chef – take that how you will! Conversations rarely follow a logical train of thought.

We’re looking for someone relaxed, clean and respectful that we can have dinner/drinks/movie nights with. You’re more than welcome to get involved with sports too if that’s your thing.

-7 min walk from Richmond park (If you don't already know it this is the real reason to live here - unreal walks/runs/bike rides/days out)
-10-13 min walk to Norbiton/Kingston station
-7 min walk from Kingston Hospital
-Coop 2 mins; ALDI 15 mins

There are also plenty of great pubs in the area for food + drink and if you're feeling lazy one night, a fish and chip shop 100m down the road!

Parking: We don’t have a car, so would be able to purchase a permit for you if required.

We would prefer a single person but could be interested in another couple. We would need to discuss further but would be increased rent and bills split 4 ways if so.
