Street parking is available, but you'll need a parking permit. There are some unrestricted roads nearby.

Bills are not included and currently amount to about £100 per month for 100MBit broadband, gas/electricity, and council tax. Water is billed annually and this will be a separate cost.

Current housemates are two working professionals and one university student.

The room is unfurnished and is situated on the first floor. The street is nice and quiet, with barely any road noise.

The massive and beautiful Richmond park Is just a few minutes away, and there's a Co-Op food shop 1-2 mins walk, or a large Sainsbury's 10 mins walk.
