Room to let close to Norbiton and Kingston station

My flatmate is moving out so her room is available to rent.

Top floor of a 4 story block only 5 - 10 mins walk from both Kingston and Norbiton stations as well as Kingston town centre. Decent sized kitchen.

There is a shared living room. Please note that not all furniture shown in the photos will remain as my current housemate will likely take most or all of it with her.

I am a professional who works from home. Would prefer another professional. The room on offer is large enough for a double bed and a desk and has a fitted wardrobe.
