Good Size Double Room For 1

I am a very polite, quiet and reliable females postgrad student at university of London. I studied at Kingston university university last year. I would like to share my flat with a responsible, nice and polite person. I prefer to live with a student from Kingston.

I have a good size airy bright (with 3 big windows) double room to rent for one female. my flat is very quiet, only 3 mins to train, gyms, riverside, bus station and town centre. Big Sainsbury's is across the road, and small tesco is 2 mins away. You will be sharing the flat only with me, that means kitchen, and bathroom. You will be allowed to use my kitchenwares and utensils. There is no living room in my flat, I am afraid. The room available has lots of privacy as it is at the far end conner of the flat ( our rooms are not next to each other).

I don't smoke, badly allergic to pets and pollens, almost a teetotal, and definitely not a party girl. I am a very hardworking student.
Unless I enrol another course, this is my last year at Kingston, but I will continue my studies at BPP in London.

The rent will be £550 a month, all bills included.
