Fantastic central Kingston 1 bed!

My partner and I are expecting a baby in 2 months time so, sadly, have to say goodbye to our lovely 1 bed flat in Kingston.

The flat has been a great home to us for the past year but we have decided to move closer to family for additional support with new baby. We live over the road from both the bus and train stations here, so it has made such a difference for both of our commutes (into London on the train, and Surrey on the bus).

The living room and bedroom are a really good size, and the flat is part of a private development with a central courtyard. There is parking in a secure car park under the development of flats which is included in the rent.

Landlord and letting agents have been great for us, fixing and replacing things when ever needed. Happy to arrange viewings daytime, evenings or weekend and pass you onto letting agents if interested! Unsure exactly of their current fees.

We ideally want to leave before 22nd May, but not before 3rd May. Contact for viewings or any questions. We have several pieces of furniture that we are happy to sell or leave behind for the new tenants too.
