Lovely large double room in bright, beautiful , clean friendly house in Kingston. Great location: Ten minutes walk from town centre, near Richmond Park and River Thames. There is a large Sainsburys nearby and a Nuffield gym.

The room is a loft conversion, airy and fully furnished. The bathroom is shared with one other and there is a large shared kitchen and pretty garden. There is also wifi.

You need to like dogs and cats as I have a very friendly cocker spaniel who enjoys company and an equally friendly cat.

This is a quiet house and would suit a professional not a student. Sorry but I can't take shift workers as it would not be fair on everyone since we all work similar hours. Although the house is very friendly, we lead separate lives. This is not a party house. I ask for a female as the bathroom is shared with another female.
