The flat is excellently located next to Richmond Park (5 min walk) which is great for picnics in the summer and jogging! The flat is also near Kingston University, Kingston Hospital, Norbiton station and walking distance to Kingston town centre. There are regular fast trains into London Waterloo from Norbiton station. The flat is very close to bus stops with buses going to Surbiton, Putney, Wimbledon, Richmond, New Malden and Worcester Park. It is also located next to the A3 and has free parking.

The room is £575 pcm with gas, electricity, water, internet and council tax bills included. The flat has a bathroom and separate toilet and the kitchen has a washing machine, dryer, microwave, cooker, oven, fridge and freezer.

We are friendly, clean, sociable and relaxed working professionals in our mid-late twenties. I work for a wildlife charity and the other two flatmates work in marketing. We are ideally looking for an easy going, tidy and friendly working professional but mature students are also welcome. No couples or pets.
