I have one spacious double bedroom to let in my beautifully refurbished new flat. The finishing touches are just being added (curtains, lampshades etc) and I am flexible about what furniture you would like/not like in the room for let.

It is part of a very friendly block on Kingston Hill and situated just a 10 min walk to Norbiton Station (fast trains into Waterloo), 15 min walk into Kingston Town centre (fantastic shopping, restaurants and leisure activities) and great bus links towards Putney and Clapham.

For any nature lovers, Richmond Park is just a 2 minute walk away and there's a riding school, sailing club and various leisure activities close-by!

The flat benefits from off-street parking, lift access, communal gardens and well-kept communal areas, safe lock-up storage area and local amenities to buy essential goods.

I am looking for a lodger to share the flat with me on a short-term basis - term of contract negotiable.

A bit about me: I'm a 29 yr old events organiser and love to travel and socialise. I like to be able to relax at home so I wouldn't be keen on large parties back at the flat however I am partial to a glass of wine and a good natter!
