A large room is available for rent (to one person only and would suit a mature professional) in our roomy, terraced Victorian town house. We have one other lodger presently and the lion's share of the house is for the two of you! (The landlords have their own quarters in the top part of the house!)

The house has been fairly recently renovated and is homely. It is within easy walking distance of the main line station (Waterloo is about 30 minutes on a direct line) and Kingston town centre. (The bus to Richmond goes past the door!) The town comes really alive towards Christmas and there is a really good atmosphere in Kingston all year round.

Please do come and view this coming weekend as our house is definitely worth a look - as witnessed by previous lodgers, you get much more than a shoe-box in which to live!
