I am currently looking for a new housemate to share a two bedroom flat in Kingston , the flat is spacious and has separate fully equipped bathroom and fully equipped kitchen lounge area with balcony , situated on the 6th floor with views of the garden and Kingston the flat has all mod cons ,it is situated in the heart of Kingston with a 2 min walk to shops/restaurants /bars 5min walk to the train station and bus stations ...the flat comes with its own 24hr concierge service and gym with secure cctv underground parking ,current flat mate is moving out in December, I am looking for someone to take over his part of the existing tenancy agreement when he leaves , any further information please feel free to contact me, will upload photos at a later date
