Single Room to rent for 5 months (till July) in Ripley House, Kingsnympton Estate. Only 15 minutes walk from both Norbiton Station and Kingston University (Kingston Hill Campus) and with close bus stops with 24 hour running buses for easy access to London and Kingston town centre.

The flat is in great condition, as it was only refurbished 2 years ago, with a shared lounge, Kitchen and bathroom. All rooms and kitchen are furnished aswell. The flat also comes with a balcony and added storage.

The flat already has three tenants in, three females and a male who are fun and easy to get a long with, but needs a fourth as I am leaving the flat with immediate effect.

We are mainly looking for a flat mate who is fun, energetic and a laugh and is preferably a Kingston University student.

Would need someone who is able to move in on the 17th February.
